thank you i appreciate your help. Yes my issue was <i> how </i> to modify the list. In previous versions of adium i never had to consult a help menu once, or need help. In the current version of Adium when i click on a name and attempted to drag the user up or down in the list the entire list moves....

I am wondering if Adium will ever be able to add groups and switch users around from group to group in AIM.

I do understand that Adium is masking the AIM data, but does anyone know if it will ever be able to alter the lists or data?
