Thanks to everyone, i don't know how that got ticketed in my msn advanced settings. But after selecting that and then telling Adium to show Alias's on my contacts list..i can now see peoples names and not their email addy's.

No matter which option i choose in the Contacts name format menu..My contacts list remains the same. Showing me everyone's email addresses. Instead of their Nicks.
