I have the answer now. There was a forward slash in the image name and the uploader changed it to a colon.
With a colon in the name, Images are not displayed.
Simple really, if you understand HTML.

Thanks for your assistance. The fault appears to have been with my system preferences. Allow FTS was not checked. My problem now is that the image does not appear on the site. The border is there, I have checked the Host directory and the image file is there, it just is not displayed. The text is al...
