I'm using Adium and Pidgin and I tried my gmail and my yahoo... both give me the same error in Adium and Pidgin alike.

Can't add contact to the server.

I have been trying to add about 10 different contacts to my account and none of them are working. My error says "Contact cannot be added to server."
What should I do?
