This is what's weird: if I open the Contact list window, the user is listed. However, if I view the contact list via the OSX menu bar, the user is not listed.

Brown icon users not displaying in menu bar Contact List?
Please see the screenshot below.
When a user's icon is brown, they do not appear in the Contact List that's accessible via the Menu Bar. Is that a known bug or can I do something to fix it?
