Alright, so the only way around this is to keep my computer on 24/7... hmm. Thanks for your help, I'm (obviously) new to desktop RSS readers so I didn't know how it worked.

I noticed that when I checked the RSS feed itself but why, then, do all the articles load in Google Reader? Is it because Reader is web-based?
