Anyone who knows what might be the problem and how I can solve it?

No, never tried uploading yet. Just downloading. And it's not the the other side's fault, as he asked other friends to try and they all reached their top downloading speed they have anyway.

I tried with "Cute FTP" as well, but weren't able to connect with it anyway.
Considering a bandwith limitation for FTP...do you mean in general?
And where would I be able to see? And where could I change that?

I have a real big problem. My internet connection normally loads with an average of 350 KB/sec. But on cyberduck my fastest speed was 43 Kb/sec. And now I wish that would be at least normal. But it isn't. The average on Cyberduck is under 10 KB/sec which is really annoying. What am I supposed to do ...
