Yeah, if you disk is pre-10.2.8, then you'll probably have to download it off of Apple's site.

I know the font that I use is all uppercase, but I don't know of any that are all lowercase.

A workaround would be to set the alias of all of your contacts to the name in lowercase.

If you can't find the CD, you can download it with a free apple account. Of course, if you don't have a fast internet connection, then you'll want to find the CD.

2) Those particular icons are from Smoothicons 6. I have a bunch from the entire Smoothicons series.
