Update -- this delay always seems to occur with the first transfer, and just now the 2nd and 3rd as well, but usually transfers start working fine after a few drag-and-drops.

I get the same behavior: Dragging and dropping FROM cyberduck TO finder causes both Cyberduck and Finder to become unresponsive. After 60+ seconds, they wake up and the file tranfer does occur. Going from Finder to Cyberduck works normally. I have seen this for a few months, certainly in Mac OS 10.4...
