Unfortunately, I'm getting these errors as well... Cyberduck started acting strange for me around 2.5.x... and 2.6.x has all crashed and done wierd stuff... I keep thinking the next release will fix it. I'm sure the devs are not unaware of these problems... I'm going to try d/ling a nightly, if that...
