I'm afraid this is a known crash caused by the Skype plugin.

I've been deleting the spammers again and again. I'm afraid that's all I can do. An Xtras author (http://www.adiumxtras.com/index.php?a=u ... r_id=43434) had offered to implement efficient anti-spam measures but it hasn't happened yet, unfortunately.

I believe that is due to the Retina Display, should be fixed in this development version of Adium: http://nightly.adium.im/?repo_branch=adium-adium-1.6. Use at your own risk!

The crash log mentions Skype. We don't support the Skype plugin.

As for the Gtalk issue, nothing obvious comes to my mind.

Hi, thanks for your detailed description and troubleshooting efforts. I saw this error reported yesterday (https://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/15875) but a quick web search didn't find me any information either, unfortunately. For now, I'd hope it's a temporary issue and goes away soon.

That would have to happen libpurple-side and it’s been requested: https://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/14252. Currently, I am not aware of any plans of implementing this XEP. But I’m sure our lead developer would review a patch for its implementation.

If you'd report back either way, that would be greatly appreciated. It would give us an idea whether the fix which will be 1.5.10 helps with this issue. I have seen it reported a few times.
