SVN is often broken. We don't recommend that people use it unless they don't mind a tad of hacking, as you've done.

I believe they are deliberately NOT capitalized, so that you can say something like "iTunes is %_status" and have it appear correctly. You can always copy the .AdiumScripts files out of Adium.app, rename them (so as not to conflict with the built-in ones), edit them, and put them in ~/Libr...

No, if you enter "/music" in your MSN name somewhere (or in your AIM profile, etc.), it will automatically update every 30 seconds.

This is already changed in the latest source, and there will be a much better interface in .80.

Sending a message is equally effective, takes less processor time, is NOT against all interface conventions known to man or beast, and does not anger your contacts unnecessarily.

Check the emoticon preferences: Adium menu -> Preferences -> Emoticons. There are a few packs there, and they must be enabled (have a check in the checkbox) before the emoticons can be used. What emoticons have you been trying to use? As for MSN aliases, to see someone's display name in the message ...

There ARE free student memberships to ADC, they do NOT get any CD's for free though.

This is on our to-do list, but to the best of my knowledge, nobody is working on it. So, yes we know about it, but I know not when it will be done.

That doesn't really address the issue then . That is one way to choose which name you're talking to, but certainly it's not a good way.

Um, no, not if all you're doing is repairing permissions. That can be done to any disk, even the boot disk.

Ignore the VRAM usage, that's nearly impossible to interpret correctly (read the RSIZE or "Real Memory" instead). However, the CPU Usage is odd. Does this happen all the time? After any particular action? Has this happened with previous versions, and what version are you using?

Ahh, I believe you'd want to modify the whole Adium.app, not just the executable. Regardless, nobody should do that anyhow -- use the Disk Utility!
