I checked out that page and opened up the ports using the OS X firewall (which i did not have on in the first place) but now it is on with the AIM port opened. Still no incoming transfers, only out going. I have a Leviton Router that has a built in firewall and im working on trying to open ports 519...

All of my outgoing file transfers work perfectly,

but when those people try to send me files, they all can not establish a connection.

I am using Adium with an AIM login.

Is there a port i need to allow in the Adium prefs or in my router?
