Just to add to this, beta 1.0.1 doesn't fix the bug.

This isn't the same "bug" that stops buddy icons appearing when you add contacts. This is a new version 1.0 bug. Contacts that were displaying normally pre 1.0 aren't displaying properly now. No amount of restarting and changing settings has resolved it. MRBarto, can you ask the people in ...

I'm having the same issue, but it's not caused by non-standard MSN addresses.

Currently i have three people on my buddy list whose buddy icons aren't showing. Two using @hotmail.com addresses, and one with an @hotmail.co.uk address.

The one bit of commonality is that all three are using MSN Live.
