Damnnn, just tried it Macskeeball. Nada...zilkch. Same Gaim error message. Just don't understand whats causing this. Crazy thing is connects to msn IM fine but not to yahoo. So that leaves me only to connect to yahoo IM via yahoo IM app. Boring! BTW, same thing happens with Proteus too... MSN Messen...

1) Open Terminal in /Applications/Utilities
2) Type: lookupd -flushcache
3) Press enter.

Yahoo IM client/web app connects fine. Connecting to Yahoo IM via Adium does not.

SilverFox, thanks for replying. Error message is: (My yahoo ID) (Yahoo!): Gaim Error: Unable to read. I suspect it may be a Proxy issue but in Preferences: Accounts, "Connect using proxy" is unchecked so its very strange that that should be the problem. As i stated previously i get no prob...
