It's also equal to the limit as x approaches zero of (1 + 1/x)^x ...right? I think that's what I learned.

I know there used to be an issue with the %n messing things up; does it work if you take that out?

I'm in Calculus and still I've hardly done anything with imaginary numbers . Last year (trig/precalc) we did a little with complex numbers (a + bi) and graphing them (with the horizontal axis being the real number axis and the vertical axis being the imaginary number axis) but that's about it.

Maybe instead of trashing it just move it somewhere else. Although with that particular plist it isn't too important to be able to restore it later (unlike things like Accounts.plist for example), corrupted plists can sometimes be of use to the devs.

Would it be possible to add user controls for the number of times the contact list flashes when there is a new message? Or just limit it to about 5 flashes? It would help for those of us using transparent contact lists. Yeah, I believe some prefs concerning flashing will be added in the next version.

Where are all those Cocoa header files stored anyway? When you download the source with SVN, there should be an "adium" folder in your home folder. For the service icons, look in adium/Resources/Service Icons/Gaim.AdiumServiceIcons/.

A lot of stuff related to status, including the prefs, will be completely rewritten for version 0.8. I'm using 0.8svn right now, and there isn't a Status pref pane at all. So I'd assume this will be fixed by the next version.
