There's still no general-use plugin for this? Hmm. Maybe I'll have to try to write one. It would be handy for sending SMS messages, which is my intended use.

I'm thinking a toolbar icon which shows a running character count for outgoing messages. Any other suggestions?

If I'm Away and someone sends me a message from SMS, they never get my auto-reply because they are "not available." Is this because Adium is sending the response too quickly, or because auto-reply to SMS users is somehow blocked (to keep them from going over their SMS quota, I'm guessing)?...

Title pretty much says it all. When trying to import chat transcripts from iChat, it will go through a couple, and then just hang. I don't see anything particularly unusual about the chats that hang it up.

Is it just buggy, or am I missing something?
