I'd love to but I'm afraid I'll set Adium back a few years in the process.
I only have a basic understanding of C++ and Java so I"m not much help here.

The way I see it the admin would have complete control over the scripts installed. You would have to know exactly what the trigger is and you couldn't install new scripts without direct access to the computer. I realize there is a security concern so perhaps only authorized screen names could execut...

Is there any way to trigger an Applescript based on a word or code sent from another user? Since I run a few servers, I would like to enable and disable programs from remote locations. I tried searching the forums for the answer but if it is possible, I am unfamiliar with the necessary jargon. :cool:
