Command+N
displays a dialog with a send message to… field which autocompletes

Blocking will be a good feature, and adding this to it'll result in a good blocking mechanism!

Developer Tools come with the Mac OS, so it should be in the box…

Or if you got a computer with Mac OS X preinstalled, there is a Installer in the /Applications folder
