I tend to use the eye friendly black background with green (from the crayon) text. I've just been told that contrary to my IM windows on other peoples computers I'm showing up as green with white background.
I've used adium in the past without this problem. But I picked it up again after a computer HD crash about .74? and since then I suppose among the many advancements I've found it a lot harder(less friendly) to set colors. Apparantly this is a new thing.
once again i'd liek to express my extreme delight and overall satisfaction with Adium. I think i could get my techless friends to switch just off the cool apps for mac and this could be 60% of the showing.
all the same I have to wonder about the wisdom of allowing me to pick any color for my text and technically any color for my bubble but not sending this bubble(background) color.
