Buddy Icon Trouble

I am trying to load my favorite buddyicon from aim onto adium, However everyway i try to load it, the icon only shows up as a picture and does not move. Is there a way to get the icon to move again? The dancing penguin is just not cool if it does not dance. Thanks for any help :)
