Hi,
I'm involved with a new site (called ITerating)- a wiki guide for all software (open source and commercial) and I'm working at "Website & Communication Applications" class. I added Adium in the wiki guide but this is all I added so far :
Description: Adium is a free instant messaging application for Mac OS X that can connect to AIM, MSN, Jabber, Yahoo, and more.
Home page link: http://www.adiumx.com/
Belongs to Classes: Instant Messaging Applications
Project Administrator or Product Manager: Evan Schoenberg
Contributors:
User Groups:
Licenses: GNU Lesser General Public License (Free GPL compatible)
Operating Systems:
Packaged In:
Programming Languages: PHP
Programming Interfaces (API):
Graphical Interfaces (GUI):
Available languages:
Patches:
This is all I added so far (still many gaps). Any suggestions anyone?
Info needed for Adium "Data Sheet"
The wiki found on Adium's Trac page has some of the info you're looking for, such as a list of contributors. Also, Adium is licensed under the GPL, not the LGPL as you have in your list.

PHP might be used for add-on message views or whatnot (I don't really know), but Adium is written in Objective C using Apple's Cocoa API, and some Carbon.
The About Adium Trac/wiki page has a list of IM protocols and languages that Adium has been translated to. It also has the system requirements of Adium .8x.
The upcoming 1.0 release will require Panther or later, unlike the current release which can run on Jaguar.

http://www.ohloh.net/projects/3245 covers a ton of what you need. If not our wiki or blog should cover the rest.
