Transferring images?

Post by jamin686 »

Is there any way to transfer an image to someone and have it appear within the chat window, similar to AIM and iChat? As of now it's my only gripe about Adium. Fantastic program.

Looking forward to it! I think it's the one thing that will truly set Adium over other programs for me (going to art school I tend to show people images a lot).

You can either wait for 1.0 to be released, or you can give the beta a shot if you want ;) http://beta.adiumx.com

<offtopic>Where are you going to school? I don't go to art school, but half my school is the Art Institute of Boston, so I am interested in little things like that </offtopic>

I'm at Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, FL.

Oh shameless plug, lol, but here's my website. I just started it recently so it's not all up yet.

Thanks for the help.

Edit: DL'd the beta, and it rocks! This is now the best chat program in all areas, lol. Hopefully the beta doesn't give me problems but yeah, this is great. I think I'd actually pay for this, lol.
