no typing notification?

Is there any way to disable the typing notification so that people I am in a conversation w/ cannot see when I am typing?

In the accounts preferences, double click on your account. Somewhere in there there should be the relevant option. Sorry i can't explain further, i don't have access to Adium on the computer. Hope it helps.
