I'm using Adium 1.0b18. After QQ login, it popup a window:

Send packet
Packets lost, send again?

Something wrong with me?

It's not a problem you are causing I suspect. The Gaim QQ implementation is rather new, and will be more robust as time moves along.

Regarding this specific issue, it boils down to a checkbox called "use tcp" that is present in Gaim which is not present in Adium.

They are also seeing this in the Gaim camp:
