Cool, my neon ones. I thought they were lost in the Great HD Crash of '04. :)

The "old adium status icons" seem to break the state pulldown menu in the custom status box.

Here they are!
if your using svn or the beta, you could open up the package contents of adium, go into the resources, pick out the status icon folder, open up gems.. grab the .plist out of there, and then put it in the folder containing the status icons. also it must have the ".adiumstatusicons" at the end to make it work. PM me if you need help, also if you look at zau's icon packs, you would get a sort of 'template' to work from :D.

Isn't the best solution, especially if there are different names (.tiff versus .png etc.)

It actually took me a little while, but wasn't too hard ;)

I don't get exactly what your problem is - it was just the .plists that changed, right? It's easiest if you download one of the new sets and have a poke around.

I downloaded Adium X .8b3. Could I see status icons like ICQ? I mean different icons for "Busy", "N/A", "AWAY", etc?

Thanks in advance!

See the beta thread for some info on this - towards the end. It depends on people being bothered enough to make them :D Personally, seeing the exact status in textual form is plenty for me, I don't really care what kind of Away someone is!
