I have two Mac minis at home - both acting as media centres - and both part of a wireless network with, of course, an Internet connection. Although I use one of these principally as my Adium "station" I want to use both and whilst it's a straight-forward enough case of installing it on each (as I have) it would be nice to be able to synchronise the contacts and everything else such as logs. I've read the "Portable Adium" page at the Adium site and whilst that is an option, I suppose, it isn't ideal. (I have a "Disk Use" enabled iPod and a flash drive available for use with that.) So, if anyone has any ideas - be they scripts or otherwise - I'm all ears.

The only other option outside of Portable Adium is going to be .Mac syncing, which is being worked on but is not ready.
Try my software!

Have you hugged a programmer today?

Thanks. I'll keep my eye out for it. I've got to try the "Portable" option anyway since I'll be away from my machines soon - in darkest Russia (for two weeks into the New Year) where I'll be using an iBook. The script will be my first "implant" so let's hope it works. Still, I am (thankfully or not) a programmer - albeit an obscure database one - so I should be alright. Famous last words!
