satus on reconnect

hi,

i'm using adium for a long time and i'm quite happy with it.

i want adium to forget my old status on reconnet and always connect as online - is this possible ?

i'm sure there was a checkbox to manage this, but i can't find it, hope you can help.

If you do not automatically connect you can set status to Available and will be logged on. If you would like to automatically connect then you will need to set yourself to available before you disconnect.

ok, thought there was a checkbox to manage this,
perhaps it was on trillian on my windows pc.

i wonder how i should use the auto-responde funktion usfully.
i set an auto-answere in my away status an log of after a few hours,
then someone sends me an offline msg, an then i reconnect the orther day.
the personen will get an auto-answere with the reason why i was away the day before.
doesn't make sense to me.

I suggest coming back from away before quitting (easily done with cmd + y).
