Fresh-Installing a Contact List

Hey, everyone. I currently use the iTunes 7 Inspired contact list style, which I modified to my own liking. However, if I try to install a new contact list style, it applies the previous modifications I made to the iTunes style to the new one. What preference files should I delete to get a fresh start with a new contact list style? Thanks!
