GAIM Updates

Anyone know of any place to find out what the GAIM devs are up to? I've tried to find out if any of them have weblogs or anything but found nothing. GAIM is consistently the "Most Active" project on SF, but what exactly are they doing--the just keep updating little security updates and stuff?! Sorry if this sounds ungrateful, but i don't get how it all tallies.

So, does anyone know if there is any equivalent of this, to find out what is planned for future GAIM releases?

Gaim or gaim, not GAIM, please.

Much like with Adium's .7x/.80 development work, Gaim is releasing on an old branch, 1.x.x, while working hard on a big status rewrite, 2.0.0. Browse into their CVS from sf.net and you can find a current changelog.
