Crash whenever i try to open an IM window

If i double click on a buddy in my buddy list, or an IM comes in, the entire app crashes. This renders it pretty useless. It happened in 1.0, and still happens in 1.0.1. is anyone else experiencing this?

Have you submitted a crash report? Just telling us it crashes does not really help.

Yes, I get the "report" dialogue whenever it crashes, and i submit a report. Should I paste what's happening here?

That sounds like it could be one of the accessibility related ones...

"Enable access for assistive devices" is not enabled, FYI..

OK i was able to get it to stop crashing by deleting the Window position .plist file ...

I'm having a similar issue. I made a post and emailed the contents of my crash log. It happens when I use my laptop screen instead of my monitor. I think Adium is trying to create a window in a space that no longer exists. What file did you delete?
Never-mind, found the file it's Window Positions.plist for future reference.

I had this problem when using adium without my second external monitor. Generally I have my macbook pro docked, with my IM client and messages in the second monitor. When I am not connected to the second monitor, and using adium, when I attempt to open a chat window, it crashes adium. (love the duck graphic going down in flames, btw)
I just have to remember to drag my chat window into the macbook pro LCD before I shut down and detach from the external monitor.
