I followed the prompt when I opened Adium to update to the latest version. Now all of my chat transcripts are missing. Are the logs of chats on past versions of Adium automatically deleted when you update? i'm bummed! please let me know if there's any way to recover them.

So the Chat Transcript Viewer shows nothing? Do you see files in Home > Library > Application Support > Adium 2.0 > Users > Default > Logs ?

my apologies - i just figured it out. my hard drive crashed last summer. so the lost transcripts correspond with that, not the update.
