Contact list not responding to mouse?

OK I will try to have this make sense. Before this version I could move the pointer over a contact and it would maximize their pic and their info in a separate temporary window until I moved the mouse. This is good for me as I have my contact list pretty small on my screen and sometimes I like to see someone's pic, is this a feature that was not added to the new version or is this an option I can change right now? thanks for any help

It's there and unchanged. There's an option to disable it in Preferences->Advanced->Contact List... but it's on by default. Check to make sure you didn't turn it off.

Alternately: Try closing and reopening the contact list - does it work again?
