Dock Icon?

Hey! This is my first post here and I just have a quick question, I used a custom Icon for Adium and it looks fine in my Dock on my Mac but as soon as I open Adium the Dock Icon changes back to the Duck and I can only get the Dock Icon back to the custom one if I use candybar again to change it...how do I change the Dock Icon PERMANANTLY

Use Adium's built-in dock icon system, not Candybar. Candybar's icon customization is much less flexible.

But the only options I see are just the "ducks"

how do I add my own?
