Hi, first let me preface all this by saying that Adium is MY JESUS....for real. So thank you.


First of all, I noticed that it is very easy to manage contacts that are online, however, it seems there is no easy way to look at all the contacts in a given group (as in, those who are online and those who are not). So being able to manage contact groups like that is definitely something I'd love to see.


Also, I noticed you can set the way your text appears in preferences, however If I want to change the way my text is actually sent to the people Im talking to, it seems like I have to manually do this for each IM window (under the "format" menu). If I you could throw something into the preferences to set this for all my IM windows, that would be super.


Oh and also, some rich text options for away messages and the like would be definitely worthwhile too.


Anyway, just thought I'd share my thoughts, thanks for the awesome program.

- View -> Show Offline Contacts will probably help you
- Text handling is changed and improved in .80, you'll probably find that it works better for you when that is released.
- To add any fonts or styles to your aways, just choose "Font Panel" or "Color Panel" from the format menu. Voila!
- Does your Adium turn water into wine? If so, tell me how, I could use some good stuff!
