new message received

Post by dsjkvf »

when i receive a new message from somebody, a message window automatically opens (pops up). is there any way to change it?

i have also removed all notifications in Preferences -> Events for anything that is related with messages... but it didn't help :(.

Is there any chance it will be added to adium X?

I learned this is very useful with the upcoming Remote Client Control feature for XMPP. I use it to forward all received unread messages from my iMac, which is always connected at home, to my iBook at the university as soon as I arrive there.

It's definitely something we've heard a number of requests for. Don't know that anyone is actively working on it, but it's on our radar.
