You're client was disconnecting and reconnecting at a very rapid rate, filling up the channel. Typically we'll ban someone if their client is doing this, and when they fix their client we'll remove the bans.
Must have been on an unstable connection at some point I guess.. Oh well - Have changed my reconnect-time to 2 minutes now, compared to X-chat's standard 10 seconds. Should do the trick, even if I ever get back to that unsable connection!
It even happened after I havent been online for a week..
