I have been having problem receiving customized emoticons from my friends, those "keywords" which are supposed to be emoticons are displayed as only text. I had this problem since my friends upgraded their MSN messenger(Windows version) to the latest version a few weeks ago. I can still receive some of their old emoticon, but not that new one they added after upgrading to the latest msn.

I even have problem retrieving some of the contact icon. Can it be something to do with the image format?...

Is anyone experiencing the same thing?
