hey i thought id give it some time and it would be fixed with time but file transfers have not been working for me since 1.0. currently i'm on 1.0.2. it wont even notify the other side that im trying to send a file...sometimes incoming file transfers take 5-10 minutes before theyll start arriving on my machine. is there an old pref file to trash or something? anything i should copy and paste from the console? i know im not being blocked by the university or anything cuz transfers work in ichat no problem..and they worked in all the adium betas before 1.0

We'd have to make a debug build for you, and you'd need to work with a developer to hopefully resolve this issue. This can take a couple of hours. Would you be able to do this?

When you have resolved your problem would you please post a summary of the resolution.

I have had problems with file transfers as well but sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Unfortunately, I don't do enough transfers to be able to narrow down instances where it works and doesn't work.

So I am hoping that your resolution may somehow help me solve my problems.

i just had a couple successful incoming file transfers...the problem might be adium to adium?

Has there been any progress on this? I’ve been having the same problems. I can’t transfer files at all.

yeah..havent been contacted yet or anything...kind of sucks that i cant transfer any files....

has there been any status on this issue? i REALLY would like to get this fixed as soon as possible
