How do you get those funny Adium duck icons???

Do you mean you want the Adium ducks to represent the aim, ym, and msn service icons in your buddy list or something?

no i mean like if u look on the boards people have all these funny looking ducks and i want to get one or two for aim yim msn messenger icons, like instead of a pic of me, i want a pic of a weird duck and i dont know where to get them or how to make them

Start with those. To open the files you'll need Stuffit Expander. After you expand the file, you'll get a *.AdiumIcon file. Right click the file and choose Show Package Contents to get at the image files stored inside.

If you also find any on adiumxtras.com you can just download them to your desktop. To get access to the png or jpg files just ctl+click on the .adiumicon >show package contents. This allows you to have access to the various images of the duck in it's states (sleep, away, available, etc).
