Plugins in Xtras manager

Even though plugins are adium Xtras, they are not listed in the Xtras manager, and they should be...

The Xtras Manager is still in its infancy, and doesn't support everything in the ways we intend. It will continue to grow in future releases. The plugin API itself is still fledgling, so when one is robust enough to support the other it'll be a solid step.
