So I am pretty sure this has prolly been discussed ad naseum but is there a fix for us non-coders so Adium will communicate on the bonjour network with other users who have iChat.
My boss and I have Adium but the rest of the office uses iChat and whenever they try to send us a message they get and error saying that our computers are unreachable.
If there is a coding fix... someone point in the right direction of some step by step instructions and I can see if I can fix it... cause I don't like having to have both iChat and Adium open...

There may be firewalls or routers in the way that Adium doesn't navigate as well as iChat. I've used Bonjour successfully quite often from/to several different clients and AFAIK the implementation hasn't broken in any way. That said, I can always be wrong

Yeah must be our wack-a-doo network. I have all kinds of issues with it. Anytime I send stuff to an aol email it corrupts whatever is sent.
I guess I will just have to resign myself to the two app thing. Unless I get the peeps to to just download Adium on all the machines.
