Saving/logging an individual conversation

I searched but couldn't find anything related to this...
I would like to be able to save an individual chat to the logs. I don't generally log all of my conversations, but I do like to save some important ones. This may already exist, but I sure couldn't find it if it does.
There's a "save as" menu item, but its grayed out.
I can copy and paste it into a text file, but I'd really like a way to save it within Adium.

If it exists and I'm missing it, please let me know.

You're right. Currently, Adium is set up to either log all your conversations or none, but not to save individual ones. To my knowledge, no one is working on fixing the "Save" menu item. As you said, you can get around this by just copying and pasting into TextEdit. Another choice is to go to "Print" then click "Save as PDF." Of course, the PDF file will be much larger, and I'm not sure if the text in the PDF is searchable or not.
