Starting Adium with "Invisible" status...YIM, Gtal

Hi,
I always set my status to Invisible before quitting Adium, so when I start up again it starts up defaulted to Invisible.
One thing I've noticed (based on the growl(?) popup activity), when I start up Adium, I automatically connect to GTalk, then go away, whereas YIM starts up invisible and stays that way.
So, is Gtalk momentarily logging me in as visible, so people can see me, then setting me to invisible? Or is this just an internal thing, and I never show up as visible?
