I'm not exactly sure when this started, but my status is set to available, however I'm appearing offline to everyone (using MSN). It's the same if i set it to Away or Busy, still appear offline. I've tried deleting all Adium files and reinstalling but still the same

Any ideas?

I have the same issue with Yahoo on Adium 1.0.4 as well.

I can see my contacts but they cannot see me. And when i try to send them a message they do not receive it.

I have done a complete removal with AppZapper and reinstalled but it still doesn't work.

From a PC, I can communicate with them, so they are not blocking me.
