Connect All Modification

Could future Adium releases possibly have a "Connect All Favorites" right below Connect All? I have about seven accounts total but I only use four regularly. If every account had a checkbox next to it in the Preferences, it would be awesome to connect only the specified ones (but all at once) using just one menu item or keystroke. Comments are apprecaited—thanks!

Why would you need this functionality on top of the "automatically connect on launch" option? Just have your 4 regular accounts connect on launch, then manage the others manually from there, if you ever need to use them.

In .8, selecting a global status ("Available" for example) when Adium loads will reconnect the accounts you had connected when last you quit... which I believe covers your request.

Speaking of which, has there been a deliberate change in behaviour of the connection status memory?

Err... best explained by an example. I regularly start Adium with the shift key down, to test message styles without peeving people with constant disconnects/reconnects. Now, when I launch Adium after doing this, my accounts don't connect automatically.

.8b3 or current SVN? How are you asking them to connect automatically? via a global status or via autoconnect?

b3, autoconnect.

If it isn't expected behaviour, it's always possible it's just fluke - I'm on an Airport network after all so it could just be flaky.
