It's not supposed to look like this, is it? This blue layer covering up the name.
Any solutions?

Can't check it at the moment, but is the colour theme for unviewed content (preferences > appearance > customize (color theme) > events) set to blue on blue? I'm pretty sure those tags use the same colours as set there.
