Hi,

I have been trying to write an Applescript that loops through the contacts in one MSN account and then add them onto a new MSN account to migrate them over.

Been looking through the dictionary but can't seem to make much sense of it, since the account object does not have any sort of name or descriptor how is it possible to tell which account it is?

Likewise how do we specify which account in the list of accounts we are to operate on?

Any pointers on how to start would be appreciated. Thank you.

Well, the easiest way to do this is to use another client (the official one, aMSN, Mercury, etc.) that actually does include export/import of contacts, and to export then import using your different accounts. Works well on AIM with its official client, but I don’t know much about MSN clients…
