[1.1b6]] Bug with 'Contact List' in Dock menu

Adium Dock menu > Contact List will always open the Contact List (if not open) but never brings Adium to the front (if it isn't).
cases:
Contact List is open; focus is on another app.
Adium Dock menu > Contact List will do nothing.
Contact List isn't open; focus is on another app.
Adium Dock menu > Contact List will open the Contact List in the background but won't bring Adium to the front.
