Tooltips in 1.1

I just updated to 1.1 this morning and everything works normally except sometimes when I look at the tooltips for different contacts and then move to a different window like firefox, the tooltip will stay on the screen over all other windows, with just the buddy icon showing and no text. Adium is still usable after this happens, but within a couple minutes the whole program crashes. Does anyone have a similar problem or have a possible solution?
EDIT: After another try of reopening Adium, it seems that the program will just crash randomly and not necessarily when the tooltip thing happens.

This is happening to me too. I use SetAlphaValue if that helps?

i have the same problem since beta 5 or something. I thought it would be ok for final release but it also happens with 1.1 and 1.1.1

SetAlphaValue is definitely causing problems. Crashes as well as tooltip issues.

on Users/me/InputManagers I've got:
Inquisitor
SIMBL
Smart Crash Reports
On computer/Library/InputManagers I've got:
ProfcastGaragebandPlugin
However, I see another behaviour. I have checked the "Hide Contact List when adium is in the background" ->
http://cf.adiumx.com/viewtopic.php?t=14994, and something weird happens. It's "hard" to reproduce, but I have found a way:
I have a Pages '08 document open. The "styles" drawer covers Adium. So when I bring Pages to the front, adium disappears (because I told it to do); but if I hadn't done that, the drawer would sit on top if it. With that scenario in mind, bring adium to the foreground. Mouse over a contact (so the tool tips will appear); while seeing the tooltip, cmd-tab to Pages.
Surprisingly under *some* tries, the tooltips "keep appearing" as if a "hidden" adium were there. It's hard to explain, but when you move the mouse over the "drawer" of Pages, the tooltips magically appear.
I have taken a few screenshots (alas the mouse pointer is not seen, but "it's there"):

UPDATE: It also happens with Mail so it has got nothing to do with "drawers" or Pages. Screenshots @ flickr.
Hope this helps.

MartÃn.
